Processing time is up to 3 working days for all orders.

UK: Free shipping for orders £20 or more | Standard delivery (2-3 working days) £2.99

International: Europe standard delivery (5-7 working days) £10.00 | USA & Canada standard delivery (5-7 working days) £10.00. 

For any other countries not listed here it will be £20.95, but please email us at before placing an order and we will confirm if can ship to your destination.

Please note, that for international shipping custom charges may apply, which will have to be covered by the customer. 

Toppers Teas Returns

If you wish to return any of our products for any reason, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, once opened we are unable to offer a refund however do please get in touch with us at

To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details of our return address. Please note customers are responsible for return delivery costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

In the event of a return, please ensure returns have a tracking label and number and inform of us the tracking number so we can locate missing items.

Any “Free” items received with your order must also be returned.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, we do provide exchanges. To be eligible, please email us at within 7 days of receipt of your order to alert us to the damage as well as return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt, we will ship out a direct replacement if available as well as refund your return shipping cost; please keep retain your proof of postage. In the unlikely event a direct replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the damaged product(s).


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
